What Drives Me
The Spark of Curiosity
From a young age, I've always been driven by curiosity—a curiosity that has taken me from classrooms to boardrooms with a desire to improve things. One of my earliest memories is from a school assembly in Zimbabwe, at six years old, restless with ideas and eager to do more. I pitched to the headmaster.

I've had the opportunity to live and work in Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia, but it was my time in Japan during the late 1990s that had the most profound impact. Immersing myself in Japan's business culture was transformative, teaching me:
